Dr. Georg Rihs is the founder and namesake of RIHS Rechtsanwalt. He focuses exclusively on public law and is widely recognized for his expertise in this field. For more than a decade, he has advised and represented companies, institutions, and private individuals across a broad range of matters, including citizenship law, commercial law, foreign employment law, construction law, and public procurement law.
Benedikt Gundacker has been part of our firm as a trainee attorney since January 2026. Prior to that, he worked with our team for several years as a student assistant. He gained additional experience through internships with the Lower Austrian Provincial Government and the Baden District Administration.
He is currently working as a trainee attorney at our firm, where he supports clients in a wide range of public law matters.
Erich Rihs has been part of the firm’s management team since 2012. With a background in art history from the University of Vienna and the University of Utrecht, as well as professional experience in the cultural sector, he brings strong organizational skills, interdisciplinary thinking, and a keen attention to detail to the firm’s operations.
Following his retirement, Dr. Erich Rihs continues to support the firm with his extensive experience in administrative law. He previously worked as a police lawyer in Vienna and as an administrative lawyer at the Office of the Lower Austrian Provincial Government.
Daniela Rohringer joined our team as a legal assistant in December 2024. Prior to that, she worked at a well-established Vienna law firm for several years. She completed her training as a legal assistant in 2018.
Nora Primoschitz has been part of our team since October 2024. She gained initial experience in legal practice through an internship at a law firm in Graz. In addition to her academic background, she holds diplomas in event management and marketing management.
Gönül Sert has been supporting our team as a student assistant since 2024. She previously gained experience as a legal assistant and student assistant in Vienna, as well as through an international internship at a law firm in Ankara, Turkey.
She is currently studying law in Vienna.
Michael Zwischenberger has been part of our team as a student assistant since February 2024. He gained his first practical experience during an internship at a law firm in Lienz and is currently studying law at the University of Vienna.
