Public Procurement Law: Technical Contribution on Legal Protection in Continued Proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG)

The legal protection of contractors in award procedures under the Federal Public Procurement Act for Concessions (BVergGKonz 2018) is a recurring topic. Therefore, we have dedicated an article to it in the December issue of the Journal for Public Procurement Law and Construction Contract Law (ZVB). The article arose from our many years of experience in public procurement law. For our Christmas party on 16 December 2022, we had dinner at the Casino in Kärntnerstraße and toasted to the joint successes of our team this year. Afterwards, we enjoyed the cozy end in the casino and tried our luck in the games. We are looking forward to new challenges for our team in the New Year 2023!
